Supporting You on Your Path to Healing

Psychiatric Pathways is a psychiatric practice dedicated to helping individuals find relief from depression, treatment-resistant depression, and other mental health conditions. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where patients can find real relief and move toward lasting recovery.

We treat each person through a combination of psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. For those who haven’t found relief through standard treatment, we offer advanced options including ketamine infusion therapy and Spravato (esketamine).

If you’ve tried other mental health treatments and are still struggling to feel like yourself, we welcome the opportunity to see how we can help.

What We Treat

We specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including:

  • Depression and treatment-resistant depression
  • Medication addiction
  • Bipolar disorder and other mood disorders
  • Anxiety disorders
  • PTSD
  • OCD
  • ADHD

Our approach is patient-centered and holistic. We take time to understand each person’s unique history, challenges, and goals and build a treatment plan around them, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Our Services

Psychiatric Evaluation & Diagnosis

Every treatment plan starts with a thorough psychiatric and medical evaluation. We take the time to understand what’s actually going on before recommending a path forward.

Medication Management

Medication is an important part of therapy for many people. At Psychiatric Pathways, we provide ongoing monitoring, thoughtful adjustments, and clear communication so you understand your plan and feel confident in it.

Supportive Psychotherapy

We incorporate evidence-based approaches — including CBT and motivational interviewing — into care. When a more specialized therapeutic approach is needed, we work with a trusted network of referral partners to ensure you receive the right level of support.

Advanced Options for Treatment-Resistant Cases

For patients who haven’t found relief through standard antidepressants or therapy, we offer ketamine infusion therapy and Spravato (esketamine) — two FDA-recognized options for treatment-resistant depression, delivered in a monitored clinical setting.

  • Ketamine Infusion Therapy: Personalized ketamine infusions tailored to your specific needs. Sessions are $395 and take about two hours. Ketamine is considered off-label for psychiatric use and is typically not covered by insurance; we provide a superbill for possible partial reimbursement, and HSA/FSA payments are accepted.
  • Spravato (esketamine): A nasal spray option for treatment-resistant depression that’s often covered by insurance, with the ability to work quickly to improve symptoms.

Insurance & Coverage

Psychiatric evaluations and medication management are typically covered by insurance. Spravato is often covered as well. Ketamine infusions are considered an off-label treatment and are usually out of pocket. However, we provide a superbill you can submit for possible partial reimbursement, and we accept HSA/FSA payments.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What conditions do you treat?

We treat depression, treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD, using a combination of medication management, psychotherapy, and — when needed — advanced options like ketamine and Spravato.

Psychiatric evaluations and medication management are typically covered. Spravato is often covered as well. Ketamine infusions are usually out-of-pocket, with superbills available for possible reimbursement.

Our provider, Brenna Christie, is a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who can assess, diagnose, and prescribe for psychiatric conditions. If a referral to a psychiatrist is more appropriate for a complex case, we’ll help coordinate that.

These are generally considered for treatment-resistant depression — meaning standard antidepressants haven’t provided relief after adequate trials. A consultation will help determine if you’re a candidate.
